In 2019, we launched a new career model based on the understanding that career aspirations differ. As part of this, four new Senior Associates were appointed last week who, in addition to being responsible for complex advisory services to our clients, will use their knowledge and professional skills to develop new talent through leadership and mentoring. But what does it mean to be given this responsibility?
