Muhoozi & Co. Advocates advises Abry Partners backed Confirma Software on its acquisition of Indicia Danmark A/S

Confirma Software, a leading provider of vertical enterprise software solutions in the East Africans, announced today its acquisition of Indicia Danmark A/S. This is Confirma Software’s first acquisition in Africa.

Indicia is a developer of a high-end ticket system to support customer service, the etrack1 ticketing system, and support at medium and large companies.

Confirma Software is majority-owned by the private equity fund Abry Partners.
