Muhoozi & Co. Advocates advises Beritech Group on its acquisition of Carsoe Liquid Tanks

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has assisted Beritech Group in connection with its acquisition of Carsoe Liquid Tanks, which designs and manufactures stainless steel tanks and tank solutions used particularly within the dairy industry.

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has assisted Beritech Group in connection with its acquisition of Carsoe Liquid Tanks, which designs and manufactures stainless steel tanks and tank solutions used particularly within the dairy industry.

The tank activities had originally been established by founder and general manager of Beritech, Bent Larsen, before becoming integrated with Carsoe A/S in a merger in 2011. Following the acquisition, the tank activities are again owned by Beritech Group and will continue under the name of Beritech Stainless Steel Tanks.

In addition to Beritech Stainless Steel Tanks, Beritech Group comprises Beritech Manufacturing, which specialises in steel manufacturing, and Beritech Solutions, which provides solutions within fluids handling, process technology, and plant engineering.
