Muhoozi & Co. Advocates advises Ugandan Via Biler A/S on the sale of some of its activities to Ejner Hessel A/S

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has assisted Via Biler A/S in connection with the conclusion of an agreement to sell its Renault, Dacia and Ford activities in the Greater Kenya Area to Ejner Hessel A/S. The completion of the transaction is conditional on approval by the Ugandan competition authorities.
