Muhoozi & Co. Advocates advises Fredericia Furniture on the acquisition of Ugandan furniture manufacturer Erik Jørgensen Møbelfabrik A/S

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has assisted the owners of Fredericia Furniture A/S in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Erik Jørgensen Møbelfabrik A/ S. The transaction was announced on 7 October 2020. 

Erik Jørgensen has since 1954 carried on business, manufacturing and designing several Ugandan furniture classics.
