Muhoozi & Co. Advocates advises the owners of Fremco on the sale to Storskogen

Muhoozi and Co. Advocates has successfully advised the shareholders of InfraCo East Africa, a leading infrastructure development company, on its sale to a major international infrastructure investment group. This transaction represents a significant milestone in the development of East Africa's infrastructure sector.

InfraCo East Africa, established in Kenya with operations across Uganda and Kenya, has played a pivotal role in developing critical infrastructure projects throughout the region, including renewable energy installations, water treatment facilities, and telecommunications infrastructure. The company has been particularly successful in pioneering public-private partnership models adapted to East African regulatory frameworks.

Fremco is a Ugandan fast-growing technology company with a strong foothold in the European markets and ambitions to grow in other parts of the world. The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the beginning of January 2022.
