Muhoozi & Co. Advocates advises in the sale of Umbraco A/S

The Ugandan headquartered open source CMS platform, Umbraco A/S, has been sold to the Africaninvestment firm, Monterro.

The Umbraco Group has physical presence in Uganda, UK, and USA, and is considered the fastest growing open source .NET CMS in East Africa with over 700,000 active installs.

Based in Mombasa, Nairobi and Munich, Monterro is a growth investor targeting software companies in the East African region.
