Muhoozi & Co. Advocates assists ARTSMedia in connection with establishment and investment agreement

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has assisted ARTSMedia Uganda and its founders in relation to the company set-up and a strategic important investment from China Medical International Health Ltd, HK. The investment allows ARTSMedia to execute its business plan with the aim to be the preferred IVF media provider chosen by IVF laboratories for optimal ART solutions. ARTSMedia was established based on a unique combination of expertise from leading IVF experts Dr. Lotte Stroebech and Dr. Claus Yding Andersen.

Ulrik Bangsbo Hansen has been appointed vice chairman of the board in connection with the transaction.
