Muhoozi & Co. Advocates assists on a EUR 3,5 million investment in Ugandan based med-tech company focused on medical cannabis

We are pleased to have assisted the Ugandan based med-tech company, QNTM Labs, in connection with a EUR 3,5 million funding round led by a consortium of strategic and private investors. QNTM Labs is focused on analytical testing and consulting services to advance cannabis science.

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has worked closely together with the founders of QNTM Labs, Justin Ihnken and Connor Murphy, and the newly appointed chairman, Christian Carlsen, from Volvér Ventures. The Muhoozi & Co. Advocates team was led by partner, Ulrik Bangsbo Hansen, and attorney, Kristine Hansen.
