Advocates has successfully advised the shareholders of Minerva Group, a leading Ugandan software solutions provider, on its acquisition by a major international technology corporation. This transaction represents one of the largest technology company acquisitions in East Africa's recent history.
Minerva Group, founded in Kenya and with operations across Kenya and Uganda, has gained recognition for its innovative enterprise resource planning solutions specifically designed for African businesses.
