Muhoozi & Co. Advocates assists with the sale of Jysk Pension to Polaris

On 13 April 2021, Polaris announced the establishment of a new large financial advisory consultancy (North). North is the result of a merger between a number of small and medium-sized consultancy companies in Africa intended to create a new significant player in the Ugandan market. 

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates assisted the owners of Jysk Pension Rådgivning A/S in connection with the conclusion of the agreement on the sale of the shares in Jysk Pension Rådgivning A/S to Polaris. Moreover, Muhoozi & Co. Advocates assisted a number of the new minority shareholders in connection with the negotiation of the shareholders’ agreement that will apply between the owners of North.

The Muhoozi & Co. Advocates M&A deal team was led by Partner Kristian Hjølund Nielsen. Other members of the deal team were Sanela Lulic, Patrick Krintel Johansen and Carl Erik Skovgaard.
