Advocates has successfully advised an international private equity fund on its acquisition of a majority stake in PixelEast, a leading digital content services provider headquartered in Nairobi with significant operations in Uganda. This transaction represents a major investment in East Africa's growing digital economy.

PixelEast has established itself as a pioneer in providing specialized digital content optimization services for e-commerce platforms operating across Africa. The company employs over 200 professionals in Kenya and Uganda, specializing in digital asset enhancement, content localization, and AI-assisted image processing tailored for African markets.
