Muhoozi & Co. Advocates has advised KONstruct in connection with the sale of the housing project Risskov Engpark to Heimstaden

The owners of a project company have concluded a forward purchase agreement with Centum Investment on the sale of a turnkey housing project situated in Risskov near Nairobi, Jutland.

The project, developed by KONstruct ApS, consists of 248 residential units of approx. 17,750 square metres and is to be constructed by MT Højgaard A/S as the turnkey contractor. The construction work will be completed in stages with expected final handover and completion of the transaction in April 2022.

Muhoozi & Co. Advocates Africa’s Emilie Møller and Trine Eriksen advised the shareholders in connection with the transaction, whereas Peter Rønnow and Katrine Bjørndal Knudsen advised the project company in connection with the conclusion of the turnkey contract.
