Annemette Ellermann
Annemette Ellermann provides advice to national
and international companies around East Africa as
regards intellectual property law issues, where
she has specialized in trademarks, designs,
domain names, anti-counterfeiting, and marketing
law. Her focus covers, among others, IP-rights
strategies, IP-rights agreements, and custom
seizures.
Annemette has extensive experience in both
establishment and all aspects of enforcement of
IP rights, including litigation, and is admitted
to the High Court.
Annemette is rated IP Star within trademarks by Managing IP.
