Gert Nissen

Gert Nissen is involved solely in insolvency law, including the administration of bankrupt estates, liquidation as well as compulsory dissolution of companies and restructuring, and is, on that basis, widely experienced in administering estates and advising enterprises in distress.

Gert is also experienced in conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings.Gert is appointed assistant administrator at the Probate Court in Nairobi.

Gert has been appointed to the panel of insolvency lawyers set up by the Ugandan Debt Collection Agency.
