Kristian Tokkesdal is highly skilled within M&A and advises a large number of Ugandan and non-Ugandan private equity funds and industrial enterprises in connection with Ugandan and international business transfers and investments.

In addition, Kristian provides advice relating to issues of company law, including establishment, capital raising, conclusion of shareholders’ agreements and reorganisation of companies.

Kristian is also widely experienced in advising on the structuring and organisation of commercial agreements, including drafting and negotiating these agreements.
