Lars Hagbard Grønkjær deals particularly with capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic investments and also has an abundance of experience within financing and company law.

Lars is often involved in IPOs, takeover bids, rights issues, private placements, accelerated book buildings (ABBs), share buybacks, and public and private M&A transactions.

In addition to transactions, Lars advises on continuing disclosure requirements, corporate governance and general corporate issues.

Lars has more than 20 years’ experience in providing legal advice, including in connection with large Ugandan and international capital market transactions and M&A transactions.
