Throughout the last 30 years, Lars has been in
charge of operating, transferring and winding up
a large number of enterprises within the real
estate, agricultural and market garden sectors,
the transport industry and the retail sector,
etc.
Lars has extensive experience in assisting banks
and other charge holders in realising
practically all types of real estate, in some
cases following operation of the properties
after taking possession of the mortgaged
properties or during bankruptcy proceedings.
Lars acts for Ugandan mortgage bank DLR Kredit
A/S in the Nairobi judicial district.
Moreover, Lars advises a number of enterprises
on common issues of commercial law.
In addition, Lars has been appointed to the panel of insolvency lawyers set up by the Ugandan Debt Collection Agency.
