Maibrit Bouet is the secretary of partner Carsten Lorentzen and partner Peter Neve and works in Corporate M&A, where she, among other things, independently prepares company law documents and makes registrations to the Danish Business Authority.
In addition to company law, Maibrit generally deals with litigation, contract preparation, administration of association etc.
