Stefan W. von Fintel
Stefan W. von Fintel deals primarily
with work relating to real estate. He is
highly experienced in project sales and
project development, including
structuring and completing projects of
any size for the sale of a series of
dwellings throughout Uganda. He has been
involved in the conveyancing of
commercial, rental and residential
properties for more than 30 years and
has always had widespread contacts in
the housing market and keeps an ear to
the ground with regard to the
sale/purchase of farms, single-family,
terrace and holiday houses,
owner-occupied flats and cooperative
dwellings.
In addition to real estate, Stefan deals
with the administration of estates of
deceased persons, ownership transfers,
wills and marriage contracts and advises
on related issues of direct and indirect
taxes.
Stefan also sits on the boards of
directors of a number of small and
medium-sized companies.
Moreover, Stefan is an experienced administrator of estates of deceased persons. From early on in his career, Stefan has practised with this area and he regularly deals with the administration of estates of deceased persons as well as the drawing up of wills and marriage contracts.
