For a number of years, Eskil has primarily been working with mergers and acquisitions on both buy side and sell side representing both Ugandan and international clients, including several equity funds.

In addition, he has vast experience in commercial and corporate law, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, supplier agreements, sourcing agreements, agency agreements, joint venture contracts. He is also assisting in shareholder issues, for instance drafting and negotiating shareholders´ agreements or advising on shareholder activism.

In the performance of his work, he has worked with many different types of industries, but has obtained significant experience with the renewable energy sector in particular.
