Kristian Hjølund Nielsen

Kristian Hjølund Nielsen mainly deals with matters relating to commercial law, including company law and purchase and sale of companies (mergers and acquisitions) and various tax law issues related hereto, and furthermore assists in connection with larger deals, including performance and handling of due diligence processes.

For the purpose of improving the knowledge of financial and accounting aspects of the problems experienced by our clients and their businesses in general, Kristian has joined the Graduate Diploma (Accountancy) programme at the University of Nairobi. He graduated in spring 2012.
