Ulrik Bangsbo Hansen is engaged in commercial and company law and has for more than 15 years been involved in advising, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. His clients include the health-care and energy sectors, PE and industrial investors, and his legal advice particularly encompasses distribution, agencies, licence, franchising, OEM, joint ventures, purchasing, development and technology.

Moreover, Ulrik has vast experience in corporate investments as well as the sale and purchase of enterprises, including contract drafting, negotiating and due diligence where a large part of his advising concerns international issues.

Ulrik regularly holds courses in company law, M&A and contract law.
